Today, we are looking at a forex broker that claims to have the trust of over a million market participants. It promises the best of everything, from an advanced trading terminal to professional support. However, the reality users face is starkly different from this polished image. In our review of Resource Invest AG, we explain why we consider this project a scam, how the company deceives its clients, and what victims can do to avoid losing their money.
The company named Resource Invest AG claims to have been operating for a long time with great success, but verification shows otherwise. The contact page lists a Polish address and phone number, yet there is no record of such a company in the Polish business registry, nor any license from the local financial regulator.
Further investigation led us to a real Resource Invest AG registered in Switzerland in December 2022. However, this company is not involved in brokerage activities; its charter states it manages securities portfolios and investments in the raw materials and mining sectors. It also lacks a license from the Swiss regulator FINMA, which is mandatory for brokers and dealers.
In other words, this website impersonates a Swiss company to appear legitimate. But registration dates, business scope, and lack of license clearly indicate an attempt to mislead clients. The firm is not registered anywhere as a broker and has no legal right to offer such services.
The real age of the project can be verified by its domain registration date. It was registered just two months ago, on June 18, 2025. All claims about thousands of clients, billions in turnover, and awards are fabrications designed to hide the truth and give the project a false appearance of success.
The company offers deposits with returns ranging from 9% to 18% annually, paid monthly. They promise investment safety and insurance for the funds, but provide no details about the insurer or how the payouts are guaranteed.
The Resource Invest AG website raises many concerns both visually and content-wise. The alternating black-and-white blocks combined with bright blue interface elements strain the eyes. Photos and stock images appear mismatched and unattractive. Such a design is unlikely for a reputable broker.
Content-wise, the site is lacking. Descriptions of trading assets are brief and vague; contract specifications are missing, and the market data table is simply repeated on every page. The education section has no recent materials, and news updates have been stale for a while. The only useful tool is an economic calendar from TradingView, but the glossary looks neglected.
The registration form is simple but requires a special registration code obtainable only through support. This approach is commonly used by scammers to filter potential victims. Overall, the website and platform give the impression of an unprofessional and unreliable project.
As we already mentioned, the Market section offers almost no useful descriptions of available markets, and there’s a complete lack of asset details or contract specifications. Unfortunately, the situation with trading conditions in general is no better. Some figures can still be found, although oddly placed on the WebTrader page. There, the company states:
A few more details are available in the account type table. Resource Invest AG offers five different plans:
This setup is quite typical of scam brokers. The deliberate lack of transparency about real trading parameters isn’t harmless, it’s a red flag. Traders are forced to fund their accounts without knowing the spreads, commissions, or other critical conditions, which puts them at serious risk of losses.
But in reality, we doubt any of these services are actually being delivered. We’ve seen many times how scam brokers use such features to create the illusion of professionalism. As long as the client keeps funding the account, the so-called “support” continues. But once someone refuses to deposit more, that support disappears completely.
We would like to finish our resourceinvestag.com review with the company’s contact details. On the Contact page, visitors will find a contact form, an email address, a physical office location in Poland, and a Polish phone number. Despite the firm’s name suggesting a German, Austrian, or Swiss origin, all provided contact details point to Poland. Additionally, there is no live chat available, and the broker does not appear to maintain any official presence on social media. This lack of transparency and communication channels further undermines the credibility of Resource Invest AG.
